NGOs work is most struggle oriented, most people oriented and barriers are far too many. Whether it’s politicians or volunteers or donators – this world is governed by people, and the key lies in learning how to govern people.
Our focus is to implant those key ingredients in managers at NGOs that will improve implementation of rural development programs. Our program has two offerings:
A 2/3 day workshop on essentials. This workshop distills into its attendees the most basics of Street Smartness. A mix of participants bring in diversity and help display to audience the techniques that bring favourable outcomes in most cases.
This is our highly sought after result-oriented program aimed to impart practical life skills in an interactive, natural and fun problem solving way through techniques learnt from successful professionals, and using computer simulations + case studies from Harvard, Wharton etc.
Gunjan, the founder of Street Smart Wale, an alumnus of IIT Delhi left her job as Vice President of Blackrock, largest Asset Management company, to make a positive social impact. She believes that everything else remaining same, one thing that can drastically improve success rate is human element. She firmly believes that altering one’s approach in dealing with others alter results too. With that in mind, she has designed relevant courses for different audiences – all with a social motive.
Rural Management Consultants Pvt Ltd (RMCPL), founded in 2001 has been involved in consultancy projects, organizing training for development professionals we well as recruitment services. Within training domain, multiple training programs have been organized on its own and in collaboration with Franklin Covey South Asia (Franchisee of 7 Habits of Effective People). Such programs were organized for USAID, Oxfam, Development Alternatives, Gas Authority of India, World Vision International, FMC (US based Agrochemicals company) and many others.
