Gunjan, the founder of Street Smart Wale, an alumnus of IIT Delhi left her job as Vice President of Blackrock, largest Asset Management company, to make a positive social impact. She believes that everything else remaining same, one thing that can drastically improve success rate is human element. She firmly believes that altering one’s approach in dealing with others alter results too. With that in mind, she has designed relevant courses for different audiences – all with a social motive.
