- Self-assessment: Identify entrepreneurial strengths and weaknesses.

Module 2: Advanced Market Research and Disruptive Opportunities
- Objective: Explore market disruption, identify emerging trends, and conduct advanced market research to find high-potential opportunities.

- Identifying and analysing disruptive market forces
- Using advanced data analytics tools for market research
- Exploring new markets (international expansion, digital economies, etc.)
- Identifying underserved markets and niches
- Analysing market shifts and consumer behaviour with AI and big data

- Brainstorming session: Generate 5 business ideas based on industry knowledge.
- Group discussion on expected problem on individual ideas and solution brainstorming
- SWOT analysis: Evaluate a chosen idea using this framework.
Module 3: Market Validation and Customer Discovery
- Objective: Understanding the customer mindset, his need and preparing to approach him

- Minimum viable product (MVP) concept.
- Activities:

- Interview potential customers to gather insights.
- Develop an MVP for the chosen business idea.
Module 4: Business Models and Value Proposition
- Objective: Develop understanding of the concept of business model, define what is a value proposition, developing an understanding of position of product. Learn to translate business idea into actionable models

- Objective: Learn the basics of business finance and explore funding options for startups.

- Sources of funding (angel investors, venture capital, loans, crowdfunding)
- How to pitch to investors and create a compelling pitch deck
- Activities:
- Create a basic financial projection for your business
- Research funding options and decide which is the best fit for your startup
- Develop a pitch deck and present it to peers
Module 6: Marketing and Branding
- Objective: Build a marketing strategy that effectively reaches your target audience and develops your brand.

- Social media marketing, SEO, and content marketing
- Customer acquisition strategies
- What place do the 4Ps of marketing hold in today’s world

- Design a basic brand identity (logo, color scheme, slogan)
- Create a simple marketing plan for launching your business
- Develop a social media strategy and content calendar for one month
Module 7: Operations and Scaling
- Objective: Learn how to create efficient operations and scale your business sustainably.

- Setting up business operations (supply chain, logistics, etc.)
- Hiring and managing a team
- Operational efficiencies and workflow optimization
- Scaling strategies: Growth hacking, expanding markets, automation
- Activities:
- Create a basic operational plan for your business
- Develop a hiring plan for when your business grows
- Identify key processes that could be automated in your business
Module 8: Final Capstone Project
Complete a detailed business plan covering all aspects of your future startup (business model, financials, marketing, etc.) and present the plan to a panel of mentors or instructors for final feedback and guidance.
